About the Role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join the ServiceNow Core Platform AI Innovation team. In this role, you will help drive the development, governance, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will act as a key connector across product, engineering, and governance teams, ensuring AI use cases are delivered efficiently while aligning with enterprise standards, risk models, and compliance requirements.
What You'll Do
  • Own traceability and lifecycle management of AI use cases from ideation through deployment
  • Ensure all AI solutions align with enterprise risk, compliance, and governance models
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate AI initiatives across tenants and development teams
  • Support production readiness for AI deployments, including validation and release standards
  • Contribute to Agile delivery processes, including:
    • Sprint execution
    • Backlog refinement and readiness
    • Testing and validation coordination
  • Manage cross-team dependencies across engineering, architecture, and governance stakeholders
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership (Directors, VPs)
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements by asking the right questions and guiding discovery
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Business Systems Analysis
    • Data Analysis / Systems Design
    • Technology Consulting
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its core capabilities
  • Experience working in AI/ML-related initiatives or products
  • Understanding of AI concepts, including prompt design and responsible AI principles
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar)
  • Experience working in Agile environments supporting product delivery
  • Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems and drive structured solutions
