Oracle EPM Cloud FCCS Development Lead

Role: Oracle EPM Cloud FCCS Development Lead

Work location: Lisle, IL (Onsite)

Duration: 5+ Months

Job Description:

•          As an onshore consultant, you will work closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of FCCS.

•          Lead FCCS implementation projects, including design, build, and deployment.

•          Requires Good functional expertise in Consolidation process, Intercompany process, Ownership pattern, Equity Holding, GAAP, IFRS requirement etc.

•          Strong financial background having good understanding of financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc

•          Configure FCCS applications for consolidation, reporting, and compliance.

•          Customize solutions to meet client-specific requirements.

•          Apply strong knowledge of consolidation processes (income statement, balance sheet, equity, minority interest).

•          Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

•          Support financial close and reporting cycles.

•          Conduct requirement gathering workshops with finance teams.

•          Translate business needs into FCCS technical solutions.

•          Provide training and documentation for end users.

•          Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

•          Troubleshoot issues and optimize FCCS configurations.

•          Provide Deployment and Go Live support.

Professional & Technical Skills:

•          Must have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) application.

•          Good to have Skills: Certification in Oracle financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) application.

•          At least 2 years of experience in implementing Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) application

•          Good understanding of security in FCCS, Consolidation & Translation process

•          Good understanding of Cash flow, Equity Pickup & Ownership

•          Good Understanding & Experience of Business rule, ruleset Forms & Reporting in cloud

•          Good knowledge of Data exchange, Integration of various source system using cloud and data exchange pipeline

•          Good Knowledge of EPM Automate and Integration using EPM Automate
