Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Team Manager to lead the Program Quality team within a digital experience and product delivery organization. This leadership role oversees quality assurance processes for a large-scale digital program responsible for digital strategy, product management, member self-service experiences, and platform stability and enhancements.
The Program Quality team functions as the quality assurance and governance body for the program operating model, ensuring teams follow consistent processes, maintain required artifacts, engage effectively across teams, and meet defined performance standards.
This role combines elements of internal audit, coaching, governance facilitation, and performance reporting, helping teams maintain strong delivery discipline, transparency, and operational consistency.
The manager will lead a team responsible for evaluating execution against operating commitments while supporting improvements in process design, quality frameworks, performance metrics, and program governance.
Program and product management experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Governance
Lead and manage the Program Quality team, overseeing quality assurance activities across digital product delivery teams.
Translate organizational strategy into team priorities and enforceable operational standards.
Facilitate governance checkpoints, reviews, and key decision activities across teams.
Promote consistent adoption of quality frameworks, processes, and artifact standards.
Provide leadership support for portfolio reporting, performance metrics, and operational oversight.
Program Quality Oversight
Direct quality assurance and validation activities across multiple teams including:
Validation frameworks for journey analysis and redesign initiatives.
Oversight of technical feasibility validation processes aligned with strategic goals.
Monitoring system readiness and reliability validation practices.
Ensuring consistent User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing adoption.
Standardizing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and stewardship.
Leading post-release reviews to ensure lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Driving root cause analysis programs and ensuring action closure.
Monitoring risk and issue tracking processes across teams.
Overseeing ecosystem and dependency impact assessments.
Supporting audit, compliance, and privacy review processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in leadership and project/program management roles.
Experience translating organizational strategy into operational processes across teams.

Strong understanding of product development concepts, standards, and delivery processes.
Ability to identify key issues impacting product success, service delivery, and enhancements.
Experience conducting research, data analysis, and evaluation of product options or alternatives.

Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong written communication skills for documentation, reports, and process specifications.
