REQUIRED SKILLS
Must-Haves:
10+ years program management experience in enterprise environments, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
5+ years ServiceNow delivery experience with strong focus on CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and ITSM
Proven expertise in CMDB architecture, service modeling, and data governance (incl. Discovery & Service Mapping)
Strong ability to lead end-to-end ServiceNow programs (governance, risk, budget, vendor management, and delivery)
Experience working with senior stakeholders, driving enterprise alignment, and translating technical strategy to business outcomes
Primary Skills
* Bachelor?s degree in technology, engineering, business, or related field
* PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
* 10 years of enterprise program/project management experience
* 5 years delivering ServiceNow projects across CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM
* Experience leading cross-functional programs with enterprise and regulatory impact
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, discovery, service mapping, integrations, and data governance
* Ability to align CMDB strategy to business outcomes such as resilience, automation, risk reduction, and decision support
Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow programs across CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and enterprise service visibility
Coordinate delivery across teams, vendors, and workstreams with accountability for outcomes
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely decisions and course correction
Lead implementation of CSDM-based service and capability models aligned to business and operations
Partner with architecture and service owners to prevent duplication and ensure alignment
Define and implement data model extensions, including capability attributes and resiliency boundaries
Bridge enterprise frameworks with practical CMDB execution
Ensure compliance with governance, risk, security, and regulatory standards
Establish program controls, reporting, and audit-aligned documentation
Drive execution using Agile and SDLC practices
Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, and capacity planning
Oversee vendor performance, ensuring quality and value delivery
Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and executives
Translate technical initiatives into clear, executive-level communication and decisions
