Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with HR business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify system needs, and define functional requirements
* Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions
* Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
* Collaborate with offshore technical and configuration teams to clarify requirements and support solution design and implementation
* Support functional testing activities, including system testing, UAT, and production readiness
* Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovative system solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM
* Serve as a collaborative team member within a global delivery model

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or enhancements
* Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules
* Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
* Ability to think creatively, analyze complex requirements, and propose effective system solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
