A growing Managed Services Provider based in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a full-time Support Engineer to join their onsite team. This role focuses on white-glove IT support across cloud-based environments, with heavy exposure to Office 365 administration, Active Directory, networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, wireless), and ticketing systems like Halo or Ninja. This is a full-time opportunity offering long-term stability and growth within a client-facing MSP environment.
The #1 feature of this opportunity is the exposure and growth you gain inside a true MSP setting. You won't be siloed doing repetitive password resets all day. You'll work ticket-to-ticket, project-to-project, directly with clients, building real infrastructure knowledge across cloud-first environments. They are looking for someone with personality, polish, and initiative someone who can confidently talk to clients, document thoroughly, and do things the right way the first time. After a 90-day onsite ramp-up period, there is flexibility built in. If you want to sharpen your networking, cloud, and client-facing skills in a fast-moving environment, this is the place to do it.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of MSP experience
Strong Office 365 administration experience
Active Directory (user management, password resets, permissions)
Networking fundamentals (DNS, firewall basics, wireless configuration, troubleshooting)
Experience working within a ticketing system
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Halo or Ninja ticketing systems
Firewall experience (Fortinet, Cisco, or similar)
Experience with Unifi environments
Light server-side experience (most environments are cloud/serverless)
Strong personality and comfort in client-facing "white glove" environments
