Role & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in an IT field.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Customer service and interaction.
  • Intune.
  • O365 Experience (including OneDrive, Office products, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with software installation.
  • PowerShell commands and scripting experience.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • AWS SysOps and infrastructure/architecture.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Palo Alto firewall.
  • IIS.
  • Intune Administration.

Required Qualification:

  • Associate's degree or Higher.

Preferred certifications:

  • AWS, Microsoft, or network-related certs, A+, Network+, Security+, any Microsoft Certs.
