Job Summary
- Provide day-to-day administration and analysis of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security, with emphasis on user and data provisioning.
- Manage user access, role assignments, terminations, and ensure accurate access controls within Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, etc.).
- Configure and maintain security rules, roles, and user permissions in the Oracle application environment.
- Run and analyze security/access reports; perform compliance and audit reviews through reporting tools and custom SQL queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access, provisioning, and application security issues, including root cause analysis.
- Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) controls, often through manual/custom processes (without Oracle Risk Management Cloud).
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other business users to validate and fulfill access requests.
- Prepare audit and security reports using SQL, OTBI, Oracle BI Publisher, or similar tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal/external security standards and participate in audits and access reviews.
- Apply strong understanding of security concepts and protocols (IAM, OAuth, SAML, OpenID, SSO, MFA).
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders; demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to support ongoing security and compliance initiatives.
