Description We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, you will play a key part in executing and coordinating various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media efforts, and content updates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and adept at using marketing tools and platforms to drive success.
Responsibilities:
Creative Brief & Content Coordination- Developing and organizing creative briefs
- Managing updates to:
- Autoreply emails
- Venue-specific newsletters
- Marketing communications
Digital & Social Marketing- Social media coordination and review
- Supporting digital marketing execution
- Pulling reports and updating marketing scorecards that help track marketing performance and demand generation
Marketing Collateral CoordinationMarketing Tools & Asset Management- Uploading and organizing marketing assets
- Supporting platform usage and digital tools
Administrative & Operational Support- General marketing administrative support
- Accounting coordination related to marketing initiatives
- Scheduling and documentation support
Requirements Hospitality background
Software: Canva, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite (for updating and exporting)
