Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server, database architecture, performance tuning, data integration, and manufacturing/BOM systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable database solutions, optimizing SQL Server performance, modernizing legacy systems, and supporting enterprise data integration in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases and enterprise database architecture.
- Review, refactor, and optimize complex T-SQL stored procedures, functions, views, and queries.
- Perform database performance tuning, indexing, execution plan analysis, and root-cause troubleshooting.
- Design and support enterprise data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data synchronization.
- Integrate SQL Server with ERP, manufacturing, warehouse, and external business systems.
- Modernize legacy applications and databases, including Microsoft Access and VBA-based solutions.
- Extract business logic from legacy applications and redesign scalable database solutions.
- Work with Bills of Materials (BOM), product structures, recursive hierarchies, and manufacturing data models.
- Provide database architecture guidance, technical leadership, and design reviews.
- Recommend scalable, secure, and maintainable long-term database solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Senior SQL Server DBA or Database Architect.
- Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL development expertise.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Performance Optimization
- Experience with performance tuning, execution plans, and query optimization.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise data pipelines.

- Experience modernizing Microsoft Access and VBA applications.
- Strong experience with Bills of Materials (BOM), manufacturing data models, recursive hierarchies, and product structures.
- Strong technical leadership and database architecture experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Manufacturing domain experience.
- Experience with enterprise-scale database modernization and migration projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution design skills.
