PMO Functional Analyst

Required Skills: PMO experience, Jira/ALM tools, experience with client deliverables/documentation, attention to detail, Microsoft Suite expertise

Responsibilities: Liaisons work with the project team tracks to maintain adherence to client/PMO standards and quality. They work on enabling PMO processes, reporting, deliverable submissions and quality reviews, project planning, team management, communication, and administrative tasks.

Expected Deliverable(s): Quality Assurance/Quality control on functional design documents (running checklists, maintaining files) in preparation for submission to the client Provide PMO team with weekly updates to project work plan Track status of work products/deliverables Distribute/provide weekly account-wide communications to the project team Complete change request documentation by working with the functional and PMO teams Contribute to bi-weekly status updates Monitor RAID and maintain design tickets in Jira Attend client meetings and support meeting minutes in client format with timely distribution Support PMO to make sure team is in compliance with required trainings and client standards
