Must have Hands-on working experience on Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud (LWC Component) Job Summary The Technical Lead in this role will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce administration, Salesforce Apex development, and Salesforce Lightning. They will be involved in designing, implementing, and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet the organization's requirements. The primary focus will be on leading the technical aspects of Salesforce projects and ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
Key Responsibilities - 8-10 years of extensive Design and Development experience in .
- Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, working with several SFDC objects.
- Must have Hands-on working experience on Salesforce Community Cloud/Experience cloud.
- Perform independent code development and certify code/review developed by self and other team members on the project to ensure all the best practices are adhered.
- Salesforce integration with third party systems (GA, OneTrust etc.), Experienced working with Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs is a Plus.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, AURA lightning components, Visual force, Web Services, SOQL, SAQL, SASL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript (JQuery) and HTML & CSS).
- Develop and maintain Visualforce, Force.com pages and integration to other third-party solutions.
- Business Analysis skills to understand the Business Problem and propose the best technical solution.
- Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
- Strong communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills are a must.
- Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.
