Description: Our client is currently seeking a UX Writer & Content Designer (II)
Overview As a UX Writer & Content Designer, you independently deliver high-quality design for end-to-end user experiences within larger projects or programs. You shape and evolve product vision by contributing to a cohesive product narrative with minimal assistance. You address low-to-medium complexity user challenges by leveraging established writing and information design patterns, principles, and practical or creative solutions. Your work demonstrates a strong grasp of UX principles, user-centered product development methodologies, and research tools.
You operate with minimal guidance to: - Anticipate and analyze the needs of a diverse global audience.
- Iteratively improve writing and information design based on UX testing and stakeholder input.
- Create innovative UX solutions to defined user, product, and business problems.
- Establish and communicate frameworks and patterns that drive consistency across products.
You ensure that design standards-such as writing patterns that guide users through and within the product-are upheld. Collaboration and effective communication with cross-functional peers are central to your role.
Key Responsibilities - Planning & Prioritization: Manage your own design work in alignment with broader project goals. Identify opportunities to expand responsibilities within the product team.
- Product Excellence: Collaborate to improve accessibility, localization, and inclusivity across user experiences.
- Data & Insights: Use and propose key metrics to evaluate product impact. Understand product ecosystems, user trends, and industry benchmarks.
- Innovative Solutions: Create UX solutions that address defined user, product, and business problems. Adapt to evolving constraints and communicate rationale for design choices.
- Frameworks & Systems: Establish holistic UX processes, frameworks, and patterns. Assist in design and testing processes with minimal guidance.
- Application of UX Principles: Apply and adapt UX frameworks, patterns, and systems. Use standard writing and design tools to visualize ideas, prototypes, and mock-ups.
- Research & Iteration: Conduct or contribute to user research. Iteratively refine UX based on insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Problem Analysis: Anticipate user needs, pain points, and comprehension gaps. Collaborate to identify problems and highlight solutions within strategic or technical constraints.
- Concept Development: Generate concepts to inform product ideation, research, and testing.
