Duration: 06 months contract Overview Seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Manager to manage multiple concurrent projects across application, infrastructure, and business/technology operations. The role will work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, manage timelines and risks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders in a distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through implementation and closure.
- Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including application, infrastructure, network, database, cybersecurity, and business teams.
- Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive mitigation and resolution.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed timelines, priorities, and organizational standards.
- Work effectively across different teams, time zones, and business functions.
- Apply appropriate project management approaches, including Agile, Waterfall, and/or Scrum.
- Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and other required project artifacts.
Must-Have Skills - 3–10 years of IT Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Experience managing application/software implementation projects, preferably enterprise business applications such as ERP/SAP.
- Exposure to infrastructure, network, database, cybersecurity, or other IT projects.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Desired Skills - PMP/CPM or related project management certification is a plus.
- Experience in technology, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, or other enterprise environments is beneficial.
