The Global Support Contractor serves as a main point of contact for ALSAC s global foundation partners in Europe and Central Asia. This role supports the region by strengthening the fundraising and organizational capacity of international foundation partners, while ensuring effective communication, program support, and operational coordination across ALSAC Global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned global foundation partners in Europe and Central Asia.
Organize and support all communications with foundation partners, including regular check-ins and calls.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the team s CRM related to foundation revenue, priority education opportunities, and challenges.
Provide program support for all ALSAC-owned programs.
Plan and execute foundation assessments and participate in workshops.
Draft assessment reports and collaborate with the team to create strategic growth plans for ALSAC senior management.
Work collaboratively with ALSAC subject matter experts and alliance members to organize coaching and shadowing initiatives.
Support processes that strengthen internal operations of the ALSAC Global team.
Organize logistics for ALSAC and foundation Alliance Members, including travel, ALSAC-led workshops, and on-site events held abroad.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience working within a complex environment at senior levels, with strong planning, organizational, and management capabilities.
Knowledge of fundraising, operations, marketing, and public relations is beneficial.
Ability to provide translation services (verbal and written) in real time for training sessions and workshops.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Flexibility to travel internationally and work evenings and weekends as needed. Travel would be occasional up to a few times a year.
Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external partners.
