Job Summary (W2 Role)
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and business rules.
Experience with schema modifications, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Payroll, and Time Evaluation.
Provide ongoing support for SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and business rules.
Experience with schema modifications, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Payroll, and Time Evaluation.
Provide ongoing support for SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management.
Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures, and time management policies to support business requirements.
Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management modules in alignment with business processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand system requirements, enhancements, and process improvements.
Support and maintain custom SAP HCM solutions developed for unique business needs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
Support workflow automation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Manage Time Evaluation, US Payroll, and integrations with third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Payroll, Benefits, Time Recording, Time Data Processing, and Shift Scheduling.
Proven experience in SAP Payroll implementation, configuration, and production support.
SAP HCM certification preferred.
