Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for the analysis and development of applications on a trading platform. This role involves building out and supporting a remote risk stack for various asset classes. The position also includes developing analytics and pricing components for a hedge accounting platform, and participating in the design and development of applications while collaborating with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop applications on the Quartz trading platform.
- Build and support the remote risk stack for various asset classes traded by the Global Funding/CIO desk.
- Develop analytics and pricing components for the FAS133 hedge accounting platform.
- Drive and participate in the design and development of applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization.
- Utilize design and architectural patterns for application development.
- Work with modern technologies such as API management, REST/API integration, Containers, and Microservices.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:- Advanced knowledge of Python.
- Proficiency with Quartz, including key components like Sandra, Bob, and Hugs.
- Experience with the Quartz remote risk framework and calculators.
- Experience in Web UI development using tools such as Angular and Spring.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of SQL.
Experience:- Demonstrated experience in application design and development.
- Understanding of risk and P/L generation for financial instruments.
- Knowledge of various financial instruments including Bonds, Interest rate swaps, Repo, and FX products.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 to $65.06 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
