Summary

Plan, initiate, and manage projects from requirements gathering through successful completion.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, business, operations, and external stakeholders.
Track project progress, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, establish priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, status reports, and other project management metrics.
Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope, cost, schedule, and resources.
