We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Power Utilities and Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS). This role is critical in supporting project and product delivery teams by translating business needs into well-defined requirements and ensuring alignment with industry standards and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate and lead meetings with business users, design teams, development teams, and other stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system inputs, processes, and outputs, including interface mapping
Analyze and document current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) business processes
Ensure traceability of requirements through the development lifecycle, including linking test cases and defects
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and root cause analysis
Participate in functional testing to validate system changes and enhancements
Support pre-release testing activities to ensure alignment with defined requirements and business objectives
Assist in the preparation of training materials and product documentation
Collaborate with design teams during the discovery phase of Agile delivery
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving internal controls, processes, and customer service
Provide support for RFP responses, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution demonstrations
Assist in business case development, feasibility studies, and technology assessments
Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Strong domain knowledge in Power Utilities and ADMS (mandatory)
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in utility or energy sector projects
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and documentation (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
Experience with process modeling (As-Is / To-Be), data flow diagrams, and system integration concepts
Familiarity with testing processes, including UAT and defect management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with digital transformation initiatives in utilities
Exposure to SCADA, OMS, or related utility systems
Experience supporting RFP processes and solution demonstrations
Knowledge of business case development and financial analysis
