Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage L2 and L3 production support for Oracle applications
Provide technical expertise in Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service, Oracle WMS, and Oracle CPQ
Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
Act as a point of escalation for complex production issues
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence
Drive continuous improvement in support processes and system performance
Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with:
- Oracle Service Cloud
- Oracle Field Service
- Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)
Proven experience in leading Managed Services (L2/L3 production support)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and lead distributed teams
