About the Role You'll support the Owned Media team by analyzing performance of promotional campaigns for Warner Bros. Discovery's streaming apps. This role is data-focused, not creative-your job is to turn campaign data into insights, recommend optimizations, and help guide media planning. What You'll Do Analyze performance of marketing campaigns across digital + linear channels Track, report, and interpret data to provide insights Recommend optimizations based on KPIs Build and maintain dashboards, tracking docs, and post-campaign reports Support A/B testing strategies with marketing Handle ad-hoc analysis and last-minute requests Must-Have Skills 2+ years working with data (comfortable with numbers, projections, explaining findings) 2+ years in audience growth or campaign optimization 2+ years in digital marketing analytics Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with broadcast scheduling/media ops Tableau Degree in math, stats, or data science Soft Skills Highly detail-oriented Strong communicator Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Works well independently and cross-functionally Curious about media, audiences, and industry trends Tools Experience Google Ad Manager Freewheel Nielsen tools Interview Process 1. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
