Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise software development initiatives in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Agile projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project budgets, schedules, risks, and ensuring successful delivery of complex technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
• Monitor project scope, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress using Agile lifecycle management tools.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and project metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, architecture, compliance, and operations teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, delivery forecasting, and project governance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise software development projects.
• Proven experience leading Agile project teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Experience working in cloud-first environments using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project risks, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CPM, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience with Clarity PPM.
• Experience supporting API-driven integration or data-centric applications.
• Knowledge of secure application development lifecycle (SADLC).
• Experience with executive reporting, delivery forecasting, and Agile metrics.
• Strong servant leadership mindset with a focus on team collaboration and continuous improvement.
