We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with active U.S. security clearance to lead and manage SAP transformation and implementation projects within regulated and secure environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP program delivery, stakeholder management, and compliance with federal or defense-related standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC, or hybrid landscapes).
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and security stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security policies, and audit requirements.
Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
Coordinate with client leadership and internal teams to align project objectives.
Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Oversee system integration, testing cycles, and deployment activities.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT Project Management with at least 5+ years in SAP project delivery.
Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades.
Active U.S. Security Clearance (Secret/Top Secret/SCI – as required).
Strong understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
Experience working in government, defense, or highly regulated environments.
