Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives within a large utilities organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, Experience Cloud, and system integrations, along with a strong understanding of scalable architecture and performance optimization.

This role involves full lifecycle development, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using:
  • Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build and enhance Experience Cloud (Community) portals for internal and external users
• Translate business requirements into technical design and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Develop automation using Flows, Process Builder, workflows, and validations
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Middleware tools such as MuleSoft
• Optimize application performance, ensuring compliance with Salesforce governor limits
• Work with standard and custom objects (Accounts, Contacts, Cases, etc.)
• Perform data migration and data management using Data Loader and APIs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and peer code reviews
• Manage deployments using CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Gearset
• Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex issues

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 10 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Apex (Classes, Triggers, Test Classes)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Visualforce (for legacy enhancements)
• Experience with:
  • Experience Cloud / Community Cloud
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce governor limits
  • Data modeling and security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Gearset)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Exposure to OmniStudio / Vlocity (FlexCards, OmniScripts)
• Experience with Salesforce AI / Agentforce capabilities
• Experience building high-volume, enterprise-scale platforms
• UI/UX experience (Figma to LWC conversion)

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
