Our direct Client is looking for Strategic Infra Solutions Architect -12- Months Contract-Onsite opportunity at Miami Florida-Direct Customer.
Primary Skills : Customer Success & Strategic Account Management , Utility / Energy Industry Experience, enterprise infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or data-centre architecture.
The Strategic Solutions Architect (SSA) serves as the primary technical advisor for two of the client’s largest strategic accounts, focusing on customer success and business value rather than product sales. The role builds trusted customer relationships, drives demos, deployments, POC conversions, and software adoption, and creates qualified opportunities for the Account Executive.
The SSA addresses gaps in account engagement through consistent technical support, timely execution, and active champion development to expand and retain key accounts. Unlike a pre-sales Solutions Engineer, the SSA owns the long-term technical relationship after the sale, ensuring customers maximize the value of the client’s infrastructure and software platforms.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
• 8–15+ years in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or data-centre architecture.
• Strong, demonstrable knowledge across: Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI); VMware and virtualization; Kubernetes and containers; storage; networking; disaster recovery; cyber recovery; Linux administration; public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform); enterprise backup/resiliency; and infrastructure automation.
• Proven customer-facing experience leading demos, POCs, and technical engagements through to production.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Florida, with the ability to travel 50–75% across the Miami, West Palm Beach–Juno Beach, and Tampa regions.
• Executive presence — comfortable presenting to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, directors, and senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience with utility, energy, or critical-infrastructure customers.
• Background in roles such as: Senior / Enterprise / Cloud / Consulting Architect, Customer Success Architect, Principal Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Infrastructure Consultant.

Travel & Location
• Approximately 50–75% travel, primarily onsite engagement within the assigned Florida accounts.
• Territory cantered on the Miami, West Palm Beach–Juno Beach, and Tampa regions.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.
