Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant to support a state project with Client. The consultant will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the SAP Ariba module, investigating procurement-related issues, resolving system tickets, and assisting users with configuration and workflow troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP Ariba procurement processes, issue resolution, and collaboration with backend SAP teams to ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve SAP Ariba support tickets, including procurement, supplier, and workflow-related issues.

• Provide Tier 1 (basic) and Tier 2 (moderate) support for SAP Ariba modules.

• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues within the SAP Ariba environment.

• Assist end users by providing guidance and resolving functional issues.

• Collaborate with the SAP backend technical team when deeper system-level fixes are required.

• Monitor and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP Ariba functional support.

• Experience handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket analysis and resolution.

• Knowledge of procurement workflows and supplier management processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot configuration and functional issues within SAP Ariba.

• Experience collaborating with SAP backend or technical teams.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
