Summary

SAP SuccessFactors/ EC

Introduction:

This position is for a SAP SuccessFactors/EC specialist who will be responsible for configuring and developing the Employee Central or Compensation modules. The individual will play a crucial role in the HR technology team, focusing on leveraging technology to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on configuration and development of either Employee Central or Compensation modules
  • Drive technologies enabling Compensation in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central
  • Implement and support HR systems to enhance HR efficiency and business productivity
  • Lead project management with offshore development centers, consultants, and software vendors
  • Maintain standards of system performance and reliability
  • Adhere to global governance, project activities, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Independently connect with business to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Function as central coordinator and lead developer, balancing priorities and tracking progress against plans

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor''s degree
  • In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly in Employee Central or Compensation
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and development

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HR business processes and SuccessFactors certification, preferably in Compensation and/or Variable Pay
  • Experience with Business Rules configuration and exposure to CPI
