About this PositionThe Enterprise Research Program at Primerica provides organizational transparency into the voice of the customer and empowers leaders to prioritize business opportunities informed by customer feedback. Reputation Management is seeking an intern with an interest and familiarity in financial services and customer experience research to work across the enterprise to gain real-world, applied experience with industry tools and methods, communicating insights, and contributing to customer-centric decision-making. The desired candidate will be responsible for assisting the Senior Analyst with the planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative research efforts.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Support the creation of research instruments including surveys, survey invitations, and discussion guides.
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing survey data and business datasets.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders across business areas.
- Co-manage research efforts executed by third-party research firms.
- Compile information from industry reports and public sources.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Seeking a post-grad intern: recent college graduate, current graduate school student, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in market research, anthropology, information science and/or related field
- Background or interest in financial services, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Qualtrics survey tool
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify insights
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow desktop procedures
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient statistics experience using SPSS (or equivalent)
