Job Description:

As an Implementation Consultant, you will guide new customers through the onboarding and implementation of Follow Up Boss and related software solutions.
You will manage customer implementations from kickoff through configuration, integrations, data migration, training, and handoff to Customer Success.
This is a customer-facing, technical, and project-driven role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate combines SaaS implementation experience, technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a consultative customer-first approach.

Responsibilities:

Own multiple customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through successful completion and handoff.
Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and customer communications.
Configure Follow Up Boss based on customer workflows, team structures, permissions, lead flows, inboxes, and business needs.
Support data migrations, imports/exports, data mapping, and basic data cleanup.
Assist with third-party integrations and troubleshoot common technical issues involving APIs, connected systems, and customer technology stacks.
Lead structured customer meetings, implementation calls, and admin-level training sessions.
Document workflows, configuration decisions, risks, and implementation status.
Use Gainsight and internal tools to manage customer onboarding activities and track progress.
Follow established playbooks and SOPs while identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product to ensure smooth customer transitions and handoffs.
Escalate technical issues appropriately and provide clear context to internal teams.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, customer success, technical account management, consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding projects.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with Gainsight is required.
Experience with system configuration, integrations, data imports/exports, data mapping, or APIs.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent customers.
Experience leading customer meetings, training sessions, or consultative discussions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Skillsets:

Follow Up Boss experience.
Experience in real estate technology or Proptech.
Familiarity with Zapier, IDX platforms, YLOPO, or similar integrations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or experience in related field.
