Job Description:

We are seeking a JDE Application Support Engineer to provide support, maintenance, and enhancement for JD Edwards applications, particularly within manufacturing modules.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in incident management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Requirement/Must Have:

Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and manufacturing modules.
Basic knowledge of PL/SQL.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
Knowledge of software support methodologies and bug tracking tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in application support or related role.

Responsibilities:

Provide application support by troubleshooting and resolving incidents and issues.
Log, track, and manage tickets, ensuring resolution within SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and contribute to permanent fixes.
Support software patches, updates, deployments, and testing activities.
Handle user onboarding and offboarding requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues.
Monitor application logs and system performance to identify bottlenecks.
Assist in development, testing, and deployment of customizations.
Troubleshoot production issues related to work orders, inventory, and BOMs.
Support requirements gathering and technical design documentation.
Assist with various testing activities including UAT and integration testing.
Maintain and update technical documentation.
Support data migration and integration with other enterprise systems.

Skills:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
PL/SQL.
Incident management and troubleshooting.
Root cause analysis.
Application monitoring and performance tuning.
Documentation and reporting.
Communication and teamwork.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
