As a Process Engineer supporting the CLEANWELL manufacturing hub in North America, you will play a key role in industrial ramp-up, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. This position is central to performance monitoring, cost efficiency, and building technical expertise across operations.
Your Role at a Glance
  • Develop and deliver operator training programs on plating procedures, equipment, and quality standards
  • Lead and participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Troubleshoot process deviations, quality defects, and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate on equipment maintenance, upgrades, and evaluation of new technologies
  • Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and chemical handling regulations
  • Assist in industrialization of new products from R&D to full-scale production
  • Benchmark processes with global CLEANWELL operations to align standards and best practices
What Sets You Apart

We're looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, or pneumatic systems preferred
  • PLC programming, automation, and troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Ability to work in environments requiring safety equipment, including respirator use
