Requirements:

Bachelor''''s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Human Resources, or related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in data governance, data management, or data quality roles within the Employee Benefits or HR domain.
Strong understanding of Group Benefits, Voluntary Benefits, and Employee Benefits programs.
Knowledge of data governance tools, frameworks, and industry standards.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or local compliance standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholder levels.
Project management skills with a focus on process improvement.
