Location: Aibonito, PR (Onsite Clinic - 5 days/week)
Schedule: Rotating shifts Mon-Sun (incl. holidays), 7AM-11PM; monthly schedules
OverviewThe Medical Technologist performs pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical processing of laboratory specimens in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, and bacteriology. This patient-facing role ensures accurate testing, result reporting, and compliance within MSO Clinic standards while maintaining quality control and safety protocols.

Process and test specimens across lab departments; report results accurately. - p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
Maintain lab records, equipment, and perform quality control/calibration checks. - p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
Collect samples, handle biological specimens, and ensure proper documentation. - p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
Operate, clean, and maintain lab equipment; analyze and interpret test results. - p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">

Submit required statistics/reports and participate in new procedure evaluations.
Required QualificationsRequirement Details Education Bachelor's in Medical Technology (accredited) + 1 year exp w/ EMR License Current PR Certified Medical Technologist (Junta Examinadora); active Colegio member Certifications PR Health Certificate; Law 300 Certificate; CPR Experience Lab testing (Chemistry/Hematology/Urinalysis); sample handling & equipment maintenance
