Summary

Job Title: LMS Administrator & Support Analyst

Location: Taylor, TX 76574 - Hybrid
Duration: 12 months contract
Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced LMS Administrator & Support Analyst to support the administration, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning Management System. This role combines LMS administration, instructional design, reporting, user support, and training content development to ensure a seamless learning experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand, SCORM course development, instructional design principles, AI-assisted content creation, and enterprise LMS administration. Experience supporting Workday, learning analytics, and enterprise training initiatives is highly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

Learning Content Development & Instructional Design

  • Review new training requests and develop project plans to meet learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials.
  • Create SCORM-compliant eLearning courses using tools such as Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
  • Develop interactive learning experiences, including quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks.
  • Generate AI voice narration and integrate audio into eLearning modules.
  • Support creation of instructional videos using AI tools such as Synthesia, VEED.IO, and similar platforms.
  • Maintain version control for all learning content.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure functionality, accessibility, and compliance before deployment.

 

Cornerstone LMS Administration

  • Administer and maintain the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System.
  • Deploy and manage training courses, learning assignments, catalogs, and learning paths.
  • Configure course metadata, versioning, availability, notifications, and automated emails.
  • Manage user security roles, permissions, and access.
  • Support LMS integrations and SSO connectivity with enterprise systems.
  • Monitor Cornerstone platform releases and perform testing for new functionality.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support.

 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain LMS reports and dashboards.
  • Generate compliance, completion, certification, and training progress reports.
  • Audit LMS data for accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide reporting insights to business stakeholders and leadership.

 

Platform Enhancement & Consultation

  • Recommend improvements to training operations and LMS processes.
  • Advise stakeholders on LMS capabilities, best practices, and new platform features.
  • Support customization of dashboards, calendars, workflows, and user experience.
  • Assist with LinkedIn Learning integration and other learning technologies.
  • Recommend enhancements to increase learner engagement and operational efficiency.

 

Workday Support

  • Provide basic day-to-day Workday user support.
  • Perform account creation, password resets, access modifications, and account suspensions.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate when appropriate.
  • Create documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.
  • Support access reviews, system enhancements, and feature releases.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in LMS administration, instructional design, or learning technology.
  • Expert-level experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
  • Experience developing SCORM-compliant training using Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience managing LMS governance, course lifecycle, and content versioning.
  • Experience integrating AI-generated voice narration into training content.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting enterprise users in a Tier 1/Tier 2 environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using AI tools such as Synthesia, VEED.IO, or similar content creation platforms.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with SSO, identity management, and LMS integrations.
  • Experience supporting Workday or similar ERP/HCM platforms.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Learning integrations.
  • Previous experience supporting utility, energy, or highly regulated organizations.
