Description
We are looking for a GIS Analyst to support geospatial data management and application development in West Palm Beach, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a highly organized individual who can maintain data accuracy, build GIS-based solutions, and contribute to enterprise mapping initiatives. The role focuses on spatial analysis, quality review, and the development of tools and visual products that help teams make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
Manage spatial data editing, validation, and quality reviews within ArcGIS Pro in a versioned enterprise environment.
Use GIS tools to cleanse, transform, geocode, process, and load geospatial information into enterprise databases and connected business platforms.
Design, test, and implement geoprocessing workflows that improve operational efficiency and preserve data reliability.
Review collected spatial information against established standards and perform detailed QA/QC checks on GIS layers.
Work with LiDAR data to build GIS datasets and create visualization outputs, including 3D representations.
Support the upkeep and performance of enterprise GIS databases and related system components.
Develop interactive web maps and digital GIS products using ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Online, and related Esri applications.
Create and maintain GIS content such as dashboards, story maps, hub sites, Survey123 forms, and web applications to support business needs.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal for ArcGIS, and Data Store environments.
Strong knowledge of GIS principles, spatial data workflows, and enterprise geodatabase support practices.
Ability to administer and configure ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Online.
Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Web AppBuilder, and Experience Builder.
Experience creating interactive web maps and presenting spatial information through dashboards, story maps, and related tools.
Working knowledge of query writing for extracting and updating data in external databases.
Familiarity with security best practices and strong skills in Microsoft Office 365.
Exposure to AutoCAD or MicroStation data and experience converting design files to and from GIS formats.
