Summary

Mortgage Technical Analyst

  • 5 10 years of experience in mortgage domain, preferably HELOC.

  • Hands-on experience with Encompass (ENC) mortgage platform.

  • Handle production incidents, support tickets, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  • Analyze, document, and triage application issues.

  • Coordinate with business users and technical teams for resolution.

  • Work with JIRA/Zendesk and Helix ITSM for incident and problem management.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory access.

  • Support application rollouts, system maintenance, and integrations.
