Salary Range: $71,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Jenison that are seeking skilled Test Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
• Design and build test fixtures and automated test systems.
• Perform root cause analysis on product and equipment failures.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product quality and testability.
• Document test procedures, results, and defect reports.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for test automation.
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems and analysis tools (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB, JMP).
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DoE).
• Understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) in a production environment.
• Certifications in quality assurance (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) or relevant testing methodologies.
