responsibilities:

.In this role, your typical day will involve driving the architecture, delivery, and foundational strategy of our enterprise automation ecosystem:


  • Architect, design, and develop end-to-end automation bots and infrastructure utilizing the full capabilities of the UiPath platform.
  • Analyze a robust project backlog, partnering with leadership to evaluate technical feasibility, estimate timelines, and establish development priorities.
  • Establish and champion development lifecycle standards, ensuring all automated workflows strictly adhere to coding best practices, data privacy regulations, and governance policies.
  • Define and deploy the cloud infrastructure necessary to support, scale, and maintain automation execution environments.
  • Take on a versatile, hands-on role in the initial phases-handling everything from writing technical documentation and code reviews to technical troubleshooting.
  • Guide and mentor future engineering team members by reviewing tasks, resolving technical roadblocks, and organizing project assignments without direct administrative management responsibilities.
  • Integrate advanced capabilities into automated workflows, exploring and implementing AI functionalities within the robotics platform.




qualifications:

Must-Haves


Proven senior or architect-level experience designing, building, and deploying complex automation solutions utilizing the UiPath platform.


Strong technical proficiency with cloud infrastructure, specifically managing and configuring environments within Azure.


Hands-on database experience with SQL Server, including writing queries and understanding data structures for automation workflows.


Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to prioritize projects, establish technical documentation, and guide technical teams.


Solid understanding of data privacy, enterprise governance, and software engineering coding standards.


Ability to work onsite three days per week at our corporate office in the Laurel, Maryland area.


Nice-to-Haves


Experience leveraging UiPath testing suite or general software test automation capabilities.


Background working within financial services or banking environments.


Exposure to incorporating AI or machine learning models into traditional RPA workflows.
