Job Summary

We are seeking a certified Epic Lumens Build Analyst to support the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the Epic Lumens application. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic build activities, GI/endoscopy workflows, testing, upgrades, and production support in a healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Epic Lumens Certification (required)
  • 3–5 years of Epic analyst experience
  • 2+ years of Epic Lumens build and support experience
  • Experience with Epic configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization
  • Strong understanding of gastroenterology (GI) and endoscopy workflows
  • Experience supporting upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in healthcare provider environments or hospital systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis, design, build, configuration, testing, and implementation of Epic Lumens.
  • Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate workflow requirements into Epic functionality.
  • Configure procedure documentation templates, SmartForms, order sets, and workflow components.
  • Support system upgrades, new releases, optimization initiatives, and integrated testing activities.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support.
  • Collaborate with Epic Technical Services and cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Maintain application documentation, build specifications, and testing records.
  • Participate in go-live activities, workflow validation, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory and documentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with OpTime, Anesthesia, Orders, Radiant, or integrated Epic applications.
  • Prior implementation or major Epic upgrade experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise healthcare organizations.
