Collaborate Solutions Inc is a specialized Guidewire System Integrator, enabling P&C insurers to deliver complex Guidewire transformations with speed, predictability, and delivery discipline. We partner with carriers across Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Guidewire Cloud initiatives.
We are expanding our net-new business acquisition team and are looking for driven professionals who can open doors, build pipeline, and close Guidewire Auto Insurance deals.
Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for driving net-new revenue within the Guidewire Auto Insurance ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands insurance IT services sales, Guidewire programs, and can engage senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new enterprise opportunities within Guidewire Auto Insurance programs
- Target and engage senior stakeholders:
- CIO, CTO
- VP Engineering / IT
- Program Directors, Delivery Heads
- Build and manage opportunities across:
- Staff Augmentation
- Managed Services
- SOW / Fixed-bid Delivery Models
- Own the full sales lifecycle:
- Prospecting Discovery Proposal Closure Revenue realization
- Develop relationships with Auto Insurance carriers and Guidewire partners
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified Guidewire Auto opportunities
