Job#: 3033243 Job Description: Product Manager - Claims Decision Support (Data-Driven Platform)Overview We are seeking a Product Manager to join a growing team building a decision-support platform that improves the manual claims adjudication process. This product sits on top of existing systems and helps claims processors make faster, more accurate decisions through data, automation, and intelligent recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Own product development end-to-end, from problem discovery through delivery and iteration
- Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand complex workflows and pain points
- Conduct workflow mapping and user research with claims processors to identify opportunities
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements (PRDs)
- Lead agile processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional execution
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Define and track product success metrics (adoption, usage, accuracy, efficiency improvements)
- Continuously iterate on MVP features to expand product capabilities and impact
Required Qualifications- Solid foundation in product management (can operate independently from day one)
- Experience writing product requirements and leading agile development processes
- Proven ability to connect business needs with technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, business)
- Experience in data-heavy environments (not afraid of complex data ecosystems)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with users and senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications- Experience building decision-support tools or workflow optimization products
- Background in data-driven industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, ad tech, etc.)
- Exposure to analytics, experimentation, or working alongside data scientists
- Familiarity with AI/automation-driven product environments
- Claims or healthcare domain experience (nice-to-have, not required)
