Summary

Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to support the execution of our Conversational AI initiatives, specifically the Chat Bot Assistant. This role focuses on journey mapping, requirement writing, user story creation, UAT, and release management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality chatbot experiences. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Conversation Designer, Authors and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable deliverables.

What You'll Do

Translate product vision and high-level requirements into detailed conversational requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

Partner with engineering and QA teams to manage sprint planning and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for chatbot features and flows.

Support release management activities, including documentation and stakeholder communication

Work with conversational designers and NLP specialists to refine intents, utterances, and taxonomy

Validate chatbot responses and ensure alignment with conversational design principles

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment

Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies

Maintain and groom the product backlog in collaboration with engineering and design teams

Requirements

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in Conversational AI, chatbots, or NLP

Hands-on experience with requirement writing, user stories, and agile methodologies

Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework)

Strong understanding of intent modeling, NLP concepts, and chatbot testing

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience with UAT coordination and release management

B2B experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of AI ethics and guardrails for chatbot behavior.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.
