Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Dissemination Specialist Team Lead to support our proposal effort for DCD IAO INSCOM contract.

Work Location: INSCOM Nolan Building, Fort Belvoir, VA

Position Overview:
  • The Senior Dissemination Specialist Team Lead will support intelligence dissemination operations within a high-tempo DoD/IC environment. This role is responsible for leading a team of dissemination professionals while ensuring the secure, accurate, and timely distribution of intelligence products across multiple security domains.

    The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in intelligence dissemination, cross-domain operations, metadata management, and classification guidance, along with demonstrated leadership experience in mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team conducting intelligence dissemination, planning, and coordination activities
  • Oversee cross-domain dissemination of intelligence products across approved networks
  • Ensure proper classification handling, including foreign disclosure and coalition support considerations
  • Manage dissemination workflows, including:
  • Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with DoD/IC policies
  • Generate, validate, and modify intelligence product metadata using government-approved standards
  • Utilize dissemination tools and platforms, including:
  • Log and report security incidents or dissemination discrepancies
  • Deliver briefings and presentations to leadership and mission stakeholders
  • Develop reports, documentation, and visual materials to communicate complex intelligence concepts
  • Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders on dissemination processes

Required Qualifications:
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 12 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
      • At least 4 years of leadership/team management experience
      • Recent experience (within last 2 years) in DoD or Intelligence Community environments
    • Demonstrated experience with:
      • Intelligence dissemination and cross-domain operations
      • Security classification and foreign disclosure processes
      • Metadata standards and intelligence product lifecycle management
      • Reviewing analytic products for tradecraft rigor and quality
    • Strong ability to work independently with minimal oversight
    • Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and mentor personnel

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred), OR
  • Associate's Degree + 7 years relevant experience, OR
  • High School Diploma + 9 years relevant experience

Clearance Requirements:
  • Active DoD Top Secret / SCI Clearance Required
  • Ability to obtain CI Polygraph
