Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior SEO Analyst to lead, develop, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for large-scale, enterprise-level digital properties, including websites, subdomains, and mobile apps.
In this role, you will bridge technical SEO, advanced data analytics, and emerging AI search performance (AI-discoverability) to optimize digital visibility, elevate search engine authority, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, content, product, analytics, UX, and digital operations teams to integrate organic search requirements into the development lifecycle and align digital assets with evolving search and AI landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution: Support the development, prioritization, and implementation of short- and long-term organic search strategies across complex, enterprise-level domain ecosystems.
Technical SEO & Site Architecture: Conduct deep technical audits covering site crawlability, indexability, site speed/performance, structured data (Schema.org), semantic HTML, and mobile site performance. Produce detailed functional requirement documents for onsite enhancements.
AI & Search Visibility Tracking: Measure and optimize performance across traditional search engines and generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI experiences, Gemini). Track citation share, mention share, source inclusion, competitor presence, answer accuracy, and volatility.
Entity & Semantic Optimization: Optimize how key entity types (brands, services, locations, specialized topics) are represented across knowledge graphs and AI platforms using semantic content structures, metadata, and passage-level retrieval techniques.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Web Engineering, CMS Management, UX/Creative Media, Digital Analytics, and Content Strategy teams to embed SEO best practices early into web development and digital workflows.
Analytics, Reporting & Data Automation: Build performance dashboards and report on organic search metrics, content performance, and conversion outcomes. Leverage APIs, Python, SQL, and analytics platforms to handle large-scale data analysis and reporting workflows.
Content & Keyword Strategy: Conduct keyword/topic research, content gap analyses, strategic brief development, and lifecycle content tracking to improve content authority and rankings.
Tool & Vendor Management: Utilize enterprise SEO platforms, monitor webmaster tools (e.g., Google Search Console), and manage 3rd-party vendors or consultants as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Total Experience: 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven success leading organic strategy for complex, enterprise-level brands.
Enterprise Background: Minimum 3 years of experience managing enterprise SEO campaigns or agency client portfolios.
Data & Technical Capabilities:
Advanced experience with Python, SQL, and API integration for automated data extraction, script execution, and large-scale data mining.
Deep technical expertise in site performance optimization, structured data/schema, taxonomy, digital analytics, and A/B testing.
Analytics & Tool Mastery:
Expert proficiency in enterprise SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Conductor, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google AdWords).
Advanced expertise in enterprise analytics platforms such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Google Analytics 360, and custom BI environments.
CMS & Web Fundamentals: Proficiency working inside enterprise CMS environments (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress) along with strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and general website administration.
Project & Team Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience leading projects in complex environments, translating business goals into technical requirements, and managing multi-channel workflows via project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Formal SEO or Digital Analytics Certifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong familiarity with broader digital channels, including SEM, Social Media, and eCommerce integration.
