Job Description
We are seeking a Security Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting a Secure Browsing product initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windows and macOS administration, secure browser platforms, PowerShell, and enterprise troubleshooting and a proven ability to implement and support enterprise browser security, manage policies, and resolve complex issues across large environments.
Responsibilities:
- Engineer and support a Secure Browsing platform as a standard enterprise component, including desktop browser and centralized management.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across Windows Enterprise OS, macOS, and mobile platforms using Intune and related tools.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell and command-line scripts for automation and diagnostics.
- Manage and tune Data Loss Prevention policies, including URL and policy syntax using REGEX.
- Administer secure browser policies and configuration for products such as Island or comparable solutions.
- Modify and troubleshoot RPA scripts and perform HTML and web code reviews as needed.
- Leverage development tools and log capture utilities to analyze issues and drive root cause resolution.
- Collaborate with security operations using tools such as Trellix, CrowdStrike, and Microsoft EDR.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting at scale in large enterprises.
- Proficiency with PowerShell and command-line scripting.
- Hands-on management of Data Loss Prevention platforms and policy enforcement.
- Expertise with REGEX for URL and data classification use cases.
- Direct experience administering secure browser solutions, preferably Island or similar competing products.
- Policy management experience, including coding and validating URL syntax.
- Ability to modify and troubleshoot RPA scripts; working knowledge of HTML and web technologies.
- Familiarity with development tools, log capture, and debugging workflows.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Trellix, CrowdStrike, Microsoft EDR, and other comprehensive security suites.
- Administration experience with Intune and enterprise mobility platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage users at multiple levels.
