Senior Solution Architect Process & Quality

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support process optimization and quality initiatives for a large, enterprise-scale organization. This role focuses on end-to-end solution design across business processes and supporting technologies, working closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings a balance of business acumen, process thinking, and technical awareness to design scalable, practical solutions in complex environments. This is a long-term contract opportunity with minimal day-to-day coding and a strong emphasis on solution design, optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business and product stakeholders to understand current-state processes and pain points
* Design end-to-end solutions that improve operational efficiency, quality, and performance
* Evaluate existing systems, tools, and workflows to recommend enhancements or optimizations
* Translate business needs into clear solution designs, process flows, and implementation approaches
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to align solutions with enterprise standards
* Support initiatives related to process optimization, quality improvement, and asset performance
* Establish baseline metrics and help define success measures for optimization initiatives
* Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Business Process Architecture, or related roles
* Strong experience designing solutions across business processes and supporting technology platforms
* Background in process optimization, operational excellence, or digital transformation initiatives
* Ability to work in loosely defined problem spaces and bring structure and clarity
* Experience collaborating with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Exposure to enterprise systems, document management platforms, or operational technologies is a plus
* Industry experience in manufacturing, energy, industrial, or asset-heavy environments preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
