About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery efforts for technology and data-focused teams within a complex enterprise environment. This role combines servant leadership, Agile coaching, and project delivery expertise to help teams consistently deliver high-quality business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Scrum leadership along with prior project, program, or delivery management experience. You will partner with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive execution, remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and foster continuous improvement across the Agile lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Lead Agile Delivery Excellence
  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum values, and servant leadership practices.
  • Promote team accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and protect teams from external disruptions that impact delivery.
Drive Project Execution & Delivery
  • Support release planning, sprint execution, and milestone management.
  • Coordinate work across teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Provide clear and transparent reporting on delivery progress, metrics, and risks.
  • Ensure predictable execution while balancing Agile flexibility with delivery commitments.
Partner with Product Owners & Stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain backlog readiness and prioritization.
  • Help define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between delivery teams, engineering leaders, and business partners.
  • Escalate critical risks and blockers while driving timely resolution.
Enable Continuous Improvement
  • Utilize Agile metrics such as velocity, throughput, predictability, and flow to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead retrospectives that result in actionable and measurable outcomes.
  • Coach teams on effective use of delivery metrics focused on value creation rather than output.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and process optimization.
Support Enterprise Agile Practices
  • Navigate and coordinate cross-team dependencies in scaled Agile environments.
  • Align Agile delivery practices with enterprise governance, compliance, and risk requirements.
  • Maintain Agile artifacts and ensure appropriate reporting within enterprise delivery tools.
  • Contribute to Agile maturity initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master.
  • Previous experience in project management, program management, or delivery leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting technology and/or data-focused teams in large, matrixed organizations.
Agile & Delivery Leadership
  • Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, and servant leadership principles.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations within Agile environments.
  • Experience facilitating collaboration across technical and business teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics and continuous improvement practices.
Communication & Influence
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management credential.
  • Experience working within scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Background in highly governed, compliance-driven, or regulated environments.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
Why Join Us?

You'll have the opportunity to help shape Agile delivery practices within a highly collaborative environment, working alongside technology, product, and business leaders to deliver meaningful solutions at enterprise scale. This role offers a blend of Agile coaching, delivery leadership, and strategic stakeholder engagement for professionals looking to influence both team performance and organizational outcomes.
