Job Description
We are seeking a Principal, Project Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integrated program delivery, product implementation, and cross-functional leadership and a proven ability to deliver complex end-to-end product solutions on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the focal point for delivery for assigned client programs.
- Partner with client-facing teams to define solution scope and required-by dates.
- Lead onshore and offshore delivery teams to create an integrated delivery plan across multiple product areas.
- Manage integrated delivery across planning, execution, risk, and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify and track gaps in end-to-end solutions, manage dependencies, and drive ownership and resolution plans.
- Provide daily and weekly status reporting to leadership and escalate blockers.
- Lead integrated workstreams and remove obstacles to maintain delivery momentum.
- Identify and implement process improvements across delivery and support functions.
- Coordinate engineering, product, and operations to apply lessons learned and product enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during deployments and operational rollouts.
- Drive continuous improvement in support and post-go-live processes.
- Support pre-sales analysis, solution shaping, and cost estimation across delivery areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years in program management of large software implementations, including integrated multi-team deliveries.
- 6+ years of healthcare domain experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Pharmacy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across multiple executive stakeholders and delivery areas.
- Proven project management capabilities in planning, execution, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Background in product development lifecycle and technical support with familiarity in solution architecture concepts.
- Experience supporting Medicaid and Pharmacy product development and operations, including exposure to CMS regulatory requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading distributed teams and complex cutovers or operational rollouts.
- Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks and metrics-driven delivery.
