Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation, Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Variable Pay, Benefits integration, HDL/HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Fast Formulas. The candidate will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to implement, support, enhance, and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for Compensation and Rewards processes.
Configure and support:
- Workforce Compensation
- Individual Compensation
- Variable Pay
- Total Compensation Statements
- Salary Basis and Salary Administration
- Grade/Step Progression
Configure compensation plans, budgets, eligibility profiles, approvals, and worksheets.
Work with HR leadership on compensation cycles, merit increases, bonus plans, stock allocations, and promotions.
Support annual compensation review cycles.
Perform gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices.
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), BRD, setup documents, and test scripts.
Conduct SIT/UAT testing and support production deployment.
