Salary Range: $110,000 - $159,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Oversee the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Implement and maintain best practices for engineering methodologies, tools, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their application in manufacturing.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Knowledge of specific manufacturing processes relevant to the industry (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing).
